  • Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
  • Any purchase made from Alangrahaa Label is non-refundable. We strictly provide no refunds. 
  • If you have received a damaged piece or a wrong product, please mail us at alangrahaa@gmail.com  or WhatsApp us at +91 7358052205 with your order number. We will get the product picked up at our expense. We will send a new piece once we receive the old parcel. It may take up to 15-20 days. The opening video is a must to report a damaged product.
  • We provide size exchange services. Please mail us at alangrahaa@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 7358052205 with your order number. You will have to ship back the product to us, and we will update you with the address details on WhatsApp or by mail. Please mention your order number and name while returning the parcel to us.
  • We will send a new piece once we receive the old parcel, please maintain the courier receipt of the parcel sent so that it is trackable in case of any delay in delivery of the old parcel, we take no responsibility until the parcel is received by us. 
  • Please note: Products bought from our sale section are not returnable, refundable, or size exchangeable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  1. What is the Exchange policy on Alangrahaa?
  • As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. Once our pieces are sold, they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). The customer will be issued a credit note valid for 6 months, in case the desired size of the product is not in stock.
  • Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, and eligible for exchange. If the product is eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at alangrahaa@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7358052205 within 3 working days of delivery to request an exchange.
  • Please do note, that exchange is allowed only once per order.
  1. Can I cancel my order?
  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. We have a strict no-cancellation policy. In case of any dispute, Alangrahaa management decision will be considered final.
  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Alangrahaa and accepts decision regarding the cancellation.
  1. Can I exchange a part of my order?
  • You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 2 working days of delivery. Please note some items are not returnable or exchangeable.
  1. Why my exchange is not accepted?
  • We endeavor to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
  • Exchange/Return is not accepted if the Customer does not like the material or color of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
  • Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There are bound to be variations in color, finish, and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
  • 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please donโ€™t expect an exchange or return for the same.
  • We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Alangrahaa Label as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be completely accurate.
  • Exchange/Return is not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
  • Purchases made from the SALE section are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. All the sales, discounted, brought with coupon purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS

  1. What are the international shipping costs and duties?
  • For all international orders from outside India, variable shipping rates are applicable.
  • Please note that customs duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery based on actual duties charged by your country of delivery address.
  • Free shipping on Shopping above Rs 50,000/- for international orders.
  1. Can I return, exchange, or cancel an international order?

  • From the time of shipping โ€“ it will take about 10-12 days for your international order to reach you.
