Alangrahaa believes in a customer-first philosophy, owing to that we aim to deliver your products to you most safely and quickly. For the same reason, we partner only with reputed national couriers. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 5000. For orders below that, we charge actual shipping fee.
1. Shipping within India, please allow 3 to 4 working days for delivery and for international delivery please allow 6 -10 working days.
2. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday 11 am to 6 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
3. Address change will be accepted only if an order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if a new location is within the same state.
4. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Yes, we do deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world. We use reputed delivery companies like DHL, DTDC, India Post or FedEx to deliver your shipments safely and timely to you.
For International orders, the shipping charges are different for different items depending on the weight of the items as calculated on the checkout page. Also, Prices may be different for different countries. The more you buy, the more you save on our international shipping cost.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the product is already shipped from our end, we cannot accept cancellation for it.
